Customer Success Manager


Demi is the Customer Success Manager at FBG. She is experienced in Administration and Client Relationship Management. Demi is heavily involved with FBG’s administration function, which covers wellbeing project coordination, reporting and invoice management.

Demi also assists with EAP/PWS services, the intake and triaging of Critical Incidents, and ensures calls are appropriately responded to within necessary timeframes. She coordinates bookings between clients and FBG psychologists.
