Jodi works with a cross section of the business as the Head of Customer Success for FBG Group. Her role is diverse and relied upon by internal and external stakeholders as a trusted liaison point for a variety of projects.

Her work involves the oversight of the administrative side of FBG’s Wellbeing projects, which covers wellbeing project coordination, reporting, invoice management, resource management, policy and procedure development and maintenance and project register administration. Jodi’s extensive knowledge in Project Management and Client Relationship Management allows her to provide a wide range of support to the FBG team and a high level of service to clients.
