Victoria Veldhuizen
Senior Clinician
Victoria is a Registered Psychologist who has worked in the public sector for 20 years. She has experience across the forensic and child protection sectors, as well as in clinical leadership and private practice.
Victoria has extensive experience supporting staff who engage with complex and challenging material, applying motivational interviewing, positive psychology and strengths-based approaches.
Victoria is also a seasoned group facilitator and workshop leader, skilled in designing and delivering engaging professional development, reflective practice, and team sessions.
At FBG Group, Victoria draws on her forensic and clinical practice background to support staff wellbeing and resilience and assist in creating restorative and protective interventions. Her work is grounded in empathy and collaboration, with a view to helping people sustain long careers in challenging work.
