Meredith Bowden

Senior Clinician


Meredith Bowden is a registered psychologist with over 20 years of professional experience in the not-for-profit, public and private sectors, including health, disability (NDIS), education, employee assistance, and consulting.

Meredith has worked with a variety of clients including senior leaders, emerging leaders, frontline employees, professionals, new parents and working parents.

Meredith has held several roles within not-for-profit organisations, including as a psychologist, consultant, team leader, senior manager and strategic project manager.

Meredith supports people to thrive in the workplace and beyond.

She uses a range of evidence-based approaches, in particular, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, Systems Thinking, Hope Theory, and Positive Psychology, working flexibly with clients based on their needs.

Meredith takes a whole-person, whole-life approach to working with clients toward achieving their career, personal and wellbeing goals.

In addition to building people’s capacity to flourish at work and in life, Meredith assists people to address challenges including workplace change, anxiety and depression, leadership and parenting challenges, trauma, identity, and grief and loss.
