Senior Psychologist


Jennifer has worked as a registered psychologist for over 20 years.

She has broad experience, having worked in community mental health, corporate consultancy, mental health and wellbeing, and the EAP sectors.

Jennifer is passionate about supporting individuals, teams, and organisations to meet their potential.

Her prior experience as a leader, delivering supervision and clinical support to a team of psychologists, adds a depth of understanding to the challenges experienced in a work context.

Jennifer also has many years of experience assessing individual and organisational factors contributing to workplace psychological injuries and she now applies this knowledge in a proactive way through early intervention.

Using a strengths-focussed and evidence-based approach, Jennifer works with individuals and teams to address a range of challenges they might be experiencing.

This includes potential burnout; vicarious trauma; critical incident response; workplace conflict; interpersonal stress; communication barriers; boundary-setting; changes in motivation levels; navigating uncertainty; detachment from work; and managing energy states.

She brings a range of therapeutic approaches to support individuals with their goals and desired outcomes.
