Elisa is an experienced senior consultant psychologist who has worked in diverse industries including health and wellbeing, consulting services, financial services, justice sector, tertiary education and both private and public sectors. She is an experienced senior leader, coach and psychologist with over 35 years’ experience.
Having held a variety of roles including senior leadership roles in a global health and wellbeing organisation and in one of Australia’ leading financial institutions, she has a strong ability to assess, influence and lead change in a collaborative manner, providing a high level of customer service and relationship development. Elisa works with leaders and organisations focussed on developing strategic wellbeing cultures that create the environment for people to thrive and organisations to deliver great outcomes whilst still managing organisational risk.
