Senior Consultant

Carly is an innovative, agile practitioner, with 8 years of experience in organisational consulting, managing and developing people and delivering organisational development projects.

Carly has worked nationally in both the private and public sector, across financial services, the transport industry, in justice and custodial settings, utilities and within the health industry. Carly has previously worked in internal roles in South Australia and Victoria, engaging with client organisations to deliver a range of organisational development projects.

Carly has designed and delivered Leadership Development programs, Organisational Transformation projects, conducted Academic Research, provided Skills Training, supported Team Development and provided Coaching. Initially training as a physical performance specialist and then transitioning to psychological practice, Carly understands the link between cognition and performance for achieving meaningful outcomes for individuals, teams and organisations.

Carly uses her experience, consulting skills and knowledge of human behaviour, applying systems thinking and a strengths approach to drive sustainable behavioural change for client partners so they can deliver their business outcomes.
