Office Manager/Team Support

In the role of Office Manager/Team Support at FBG Group, Bianca brings together her education in Psychology and HR and her experience in administration. Having a Bachelors in Psychology and Human Resource Management, she is invested in the purpose and content that FBG Group delivers and enjoys supporting the FBG team in making this purpose a reality.

Bianca has previously worked at the Training & Development Administrator at the Specsavers Support Office.  Bianca ensures that her internal and external stakeholders are well supported with the highest level attention to detail, efficacy and efficiency within her administrative delivery outcomes.  She has been involved in implementing new processes and systems that improve team effectiveness and productivity, maintaining a strong human resources function and delivering quality operations management support.

Bianca spends much of her time outside FBG Group volunteering through Rotary and Rotaract where contributing to the community is a passion and she carries this passion for helping others into her role at FBG Group.
