Andrew is a Principal Consultant at FBG. He has been consulting for the past 21 years, with a depth of experience and expertise in leadership development, stress management, building employee resilience, increasing engagement, conflict resolution. Andrew has worked with a range of complex and demanding employee and organisational issues.
Andrew has extensive experience in designing and delivering a wide range of training and development programs to both private and public sector organisations in the areas of conflict management, relationship building, motivation, team building and strengths based leadership.
With his strong grounding in positive psychology, appreciative inquiry and active learning, Andrew is able to bring a unique approach to identifying ways that organisations can transform how they manage their people toward achieving increased resilience, engagement, wellbeing and performance.
