FBG is growing and keen to hear from experienced, registered Psychologists (clinical or counselling) interested in joining a team of passionate professionals delivering best practice employee wellbeing services.

In the role you will primarily be working 1:1 with clients who are participating in proactive (coaching/counselling) and responsive (EAP) wellbeing programs.  You will also have an opportunity to work across our other wellbeing programs including peer support, wellbeing assessment/audit, wellbeing workshop design and delivery and support to managers about mental health issues in the workplace.

You will have:

  •         A solid track record of experience in working 1:1 in delivering clinical/counselling services
  •         Expertise in management/response to clinical issues
  •         Registration with APHRA as a psychologists with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
  •         The capability to work with clients from different industries and levels including senior executives.
  •         Experience with vicarious trauma and burnout, and knowledge of the justice system would be an advantage.

Some travel to regional Victoria overnight is required once a month. We have flexibility in these positions from full time to 3 days per week, as an employee or contractor, and are based in Melbourne CBD.
